Questions about kitchens & pantries
Please do not. Containers bought before we know what is going in them are the most common wasted spend in this job. We sort first, then you buy only what genuinely helps — if anything.
We check dates as we go and clear what is past it. Unopened things still in date go to a local food charity if you would like, and I take them with me.
That is the point of doing it together. A pantry organised around how you actually cook holds up far better than one arranged to look good — and the check-in a month later catches anything that is not working.
